As of today LTC and YAC are. A new coin came out yesterday called WDC which may or may not pan out. All the other coins like Frankos, Powercoins, GameCoins etc that came out over the last week are most likely not going to make it since they don't offer anything substantially different.

IMO the best one right now (not counting LTC which would be number 1 of course) is WDC, fast transactions look very impressive and promising.
