I'm just a bit curious as to why would the team only release the wallets, pools, and even the source code only when the ICO starts?

May be we release all of this earlier, and we think we do so.
For now we finalizing network testing: nodes, mining pool, seeder, wallets (linux, windows, macos) and adjusting network parameters.
Basic wallet & network tests are successfully passed. And of course build & release pipeline already done.

Although I think dev very little to give for bounty, this project has an interesting concept, promising and have a fast process, I'm sure this project will develop quickly, bytheway, what signature campaign is there?

if I get it right this project aim for long term investment as we seen that after ico it needs to wait for 2 months for the development is this part
of the plan so no one can dumped the coin instantly? things would be much interesting after all the plan project already implemented maybe take
