Major changes:
New difficulty retargeting algorithm was implemented. Now retarget will appear after each emitted block. Algorithm is based on moving average calculation applying to the block generation time withing 30 past blocks interval.

Note:
Switch to the new alg was scheduled on 309000 block. Please, in a two days upgrade your wallets to the Graviocoin Core v0.1.7 - http://gravio.net/downloads. Will be enough to install new version over 0.1.6 without any additional actions.

Just download setup, run it and follow instructions. It will be installed over existing version.
