Dragonchain, as soon as the market recovers it will touch $1 sooner or later, it is less than $0,30 at the moment if i am not wrong (checked one hour ago)

What I see is Dragonchain is slowly decreasing. My favorites that are worth my attention are Power Ledger, and OX. However, it is always a risky thing to invest in less known alts. It is better to pick the cryptos from top-10.

As for me, I would not follow this recommendation as it does not work all the time. As I think, it will be better to make the market analysis, and then to take the decision on what to invest in. IMHO.

Based on the current status of the market , it's hard for me to say that some coins will go up to 2x or even 3x because the market right now is unstable so making some speculation is very doubtful .

you gave an example of one of the most rated coins and in any case the investment in these coins makes sense. I doubt a little about threefold growth in the near future.

I think Latium., CoinMetro or London Crypto Currency Exchange. All are early stage plays and so the potential is huge. Latium has a working product which adds to the potential of this one in the short term. The others have no product yet but when released should lead to massive prices climbs (well, hopefully :-)

At the moment, VEN is very very cheap because of the token swap and it's expected to make a comeback in August. It seems an easy 2x profit.

Obviously, most of the coins that will be bought in the current period can bring a very good profit if a bull run starts. But this is not a realistic approach if you want to make money without waiting too long. No one can give such information about the future.

I think markets is too low now and ayn coin will not easily go 3x and you should buy from tops and wait HODL.

Matrixchain has the potential to go up soon especially when the masternode update would be released.. Its a no brainer investment,  its a sleeping giant atm
