The cracks in the global financial system is likely to start later this year in various different regions, but the system is likely to start to really breakdown throughout all of 2018 (in ways that can no longer be ignored). Everyone should remember there really is a countdown...

Humans love conspiracy. A couple decades really isn't that long of time. I highly doubt, however, that a prediction for Bitcoin could have made, given how revolutionary it is. Computers even in the 1980's were highly underestimated in terms of the effect they would have on society today. No one could have predicted there would be such a thing as virtual gold, like Bitcoin.
