All the segwit stuff is happening this august and like to know which dates in august are the ones that we should keep an eye out.
Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

I believe there are no event dates at this point. A lot of services and wallets are currently under development in order to allow their users to make SegWit transactions but no specific date for that as not everyone has the same resources etc. A part from that, we have the SegWit2x hardfork in November which the bitcoin core developers are against so we may see another chain split.
