I think it's better to wait until they distribute bounty tokens and participants dump it for cheap. You can collect them then for cheaper prices. After all dumping process finished we can see the real upward potential.

Liqui seems to be a good place for you because there is no the development result that makes the bittrex are interested to listed the stx token in the bittrex exchange site. Liqui was good as an alternative way for bittrex too or you can try to use etherdelta.
