Yes, global warming is quite real. Proof of this glaciers that melt. My country has also changed the climate. In the spring, more snow than winter!

It would be nice if global warming were true. If there were more heat, Siberia and Canada could be opened up to more populations. The heat would make more humidity in the air, making the Sahara a lush garden for habitation. Plants would grow better, making more food for the growing populations, so that people could have the great pleasure of sex, secure in the knowledge that their kids and grandkids would always have enough to eat.

Let us make this incredibly simple for everyone.  The sun has become cooler.  As in significantly cooler.  That means that we are really cooling off to a lower base temperature and this could be sustained for a couple of decades.  When it warms again it will also take time to rebuild all that lost heat as well.

We had a warming cycle that ran from 1960 through 2000. We then had a peak heat retention that slowly declined while the sun shifted gears.  now we have lost all that heat and the sun is nowe cooler.  Thus we have cold winters ahead for some time.  My best guess based on past patterns is that we will catch a decade or so before it shifts back up.

The good news is that we have not frozen the Rhine yet.  Next year?

I have said this global warming is real and it cause skin cancer to all . It was a mankind fault it is because they many of us doing things that effect our ozone layer ruin.

Yes. You are right in saying that the depletion of the ozone layer can be linked to the increase in the prevalence of skin cancer. But I don't understand the link between the depletion of the ozone layer and global warming. The former is caused by an increase in concentration of stratospheric Chlorine, and I don't think that global warming has anything to do with it.

yes, global warming is increasingly becoming, this is because of the number of corporate companies that can not control the chimney coming out of the factory plus the existence of illegal logging that makes tree trees in the forest bare.

Yes global warming is real! There are researches and numbers that improve it's real. But since the winters are more cold and feels stronger, I think it's name should not be global warming but something like climate change.

The climate is getting more extreme and the winters are getting cooler (not always). But even then the average annual temperatures are inching upwards. So I would stick with the term "global warming" rather than "global climate change".

Yep: the Arctic sea ice is doing just fine. Yep: yet again, the NOAA is telling porkies.

The Arctic Ocean once froze reliably every year. Those days are over.

Arctic sea ice extent has been measured by satellites since the 1970s. And scientists can sample ice cores, permafrost records, and tree rings to make some assumptions about the sea ice extent going back 1,500 years. And when you put that all on a chart, well, it looks a little scary.

In December, NOAA released its latest annual Arctic Report Card, which analyzes the state of the frozen ocean at the top of our world. Overall, it's not good.

"The Arctic is going through the most unprecedented transition in human history," Jeremy Mathis, director of NOAA's Arctic research program, said at a press conference. "This year's observations confirm that the Arctic shows no signs of returning to the reliably frozen state it was in just a decade ago."

Scientist had proven many times that the ozone layer is getting thinner and tearing apart. It's the reason that there are lot of groups that promotes ecofriendly alternative and now it's recovering.

OK. And what that has to do with the global warming phenomenon? There is not even a remote connection between the destruction of the ozone layer and global warming, as I have said in my previous posts. Both are entirely different issues.

Dude, signs that earth is warming are recorded all around the world. Conspiracy theorists love to disregard science, you have plenty of them, denying moon landings or saying that the earth is flat, you cannot convince these people of anything.

The reality is that the average temperature has risen over the last century. Now there is some debate on whether is our fault or not.

Global warming is the real thing.  Even if they continue to deny that it exist we cannot deny the fact that it became hotter and hotter right now.  It is unlike before when we were young that we could actually feel the air that is cold when its raining, now it still hot even it rains.

On average, the summers have become warmer by 1 to 2 degrees Celsius during the past few years. And this change is more pronounced in the polar regions. There are Arctic locations, where the average rise in temperature have been more than 10 degrees.
