I am a miner when the btc-e.com web site is not accessible, the web site appears some hacking sites hacking our mk account will take away our coin when the web reopened.

Thank you for warning people not to access hacking sites.
As for BTC-E.Com issue, maybe it's no way to re-open it again until clarifying the fund of hacking from FPI

It is a pity, but licensed exchanges also can be hacked as we all knowing! So no one insured!

Just stay off of online exchanges and learn to handle your own coins.  Its simple and secure if you do some basics.  Sounds like this exchange is just another in a string of "lesson learned" for many users.  Shame really.

Did someone ever sent a letter to FBI stating his/her bitcoins are legally mined and have to be returned?
