How do we know draws aren't rigged, is there like an indepedent third party involved?

Yes, you are correct, it is not completely free. All of the money will be created by people buying into the CLUES - all of the money that is raised from the ICO etc. will be used as reward money.

The can be sure that the draws won't be rigged because there will be a public tally of the scores of people who have solved the most puzzles. There will also be a public announcement of the winner every 5 hours.

The puzzles will still remain for anyone who wishes to just have fun solving them

This is a pretty good idea, but does this really improve the situation? I do not think there will be much change, but anyway, hopefully it works

Why dont you make a platform, platform for them who loves riddle. There will be 2 sides, giver and solver, once solvers completely solved what givers have given, they will get some rewards. Hahaa i'm just dreaming.
