Hi everybody, I'm not an active poster here so just looking for some advice/input please. Smiley

As the subject line indicates - I am looking for a loan to consolidate some existing debt and the remainder to pump into my business. I am fairly asset comfortable and have a nice property (worth about £600k) however I am in need of some liquid funds. I was looking at some options with genuine lenders who loan against high value items however the requirements with property is that it must not be the main residence.

Any options that people can suggest, I'm all ears.

Thanks for reading!

If someone accepts your loan , you will have to write the property with his name.
Where is the property location ? Some pics ?
