Or do you think it will go higher?

Or lower when whales buy bitcoin cash at bottom out prices?
Bitcoin is different in Bitcoin cash ,Furthermore ,the bearish of bitcoins price is due to the segwit or the same as it is only a well planned event before to pullout bitcoins as a preparation of the upcoming new ATH of price . I don't think in bitcoins right now i know it will always continue to have a new ATH every months or year.

It could be due to the Segwit2X. that is a good compromise and the community likes it, hence the price increase.

I definitely think that Segwit is already priced in, and has been for some weeks. This ATH had less to do with that than the fork. Four more days at least before SW locks in - we may see yet another ATH, provided BTC maintains levels above $3k. Any dip below that and SW will probably only restore the levels of this weekend. It would be nice to be proven wrong!

Well I think the current price anticipates SegWit lock-in next Tuesday. However; it will take some time for SegWit to bring real value to Bitcoin and I expect the price to stagnate during the grace period and the first weeks after it is activated. But when we see the first big announcements (Lightning, atomic swaps, RSK, ...) the price will reflect this.

I suppose the real rally will start after segwit has kicked in.
Transaction will go faster and be much cheaper.
So lower amounts can be transfered again.
And I think that this openes the door for many people who simply can not afford the high fees we see sometimes at the moment.
The amounts they send in one transaction might be low, but all of them combined, I think we will face a huge increase of demand for bitcoins.

As activation of segwit nears we can expect price of bitcoin to peak to another ATH also.
Traders will go for speculating always well in advance that is the reason we are experiencing big leap well in advance to segwit activation. I believe price will keep roaring and may hit $4000 levels too.

I do not find any possibilities of corrections in between time even any whales want to book profits, I believe there could be more number of new investors and investments to withstand against them.
