Thanks for the responses guys.
I heard of a crypto a while ago that would overlay on top of a Steam game then allow users to bet on 1v1 matches they play themselves. Has anyone heard of this?

Mobilego has already made its name on the gaming industry. I think, among all gaming altcoins, Mobilego is the most trusted as well as the most famous I guess. But there are several other gaming altcoins out there. A good research will help you a lot.

Definitely MobileGo and Shadow. These two I'm following and using since then and its a good player in the market. But it all depends on your preference in gaming. A lot of factor to be consider actually.

These are the ones I know of:
Gamecredits MobileGO Databits Prospectors Augmentors
Google or search in announcements for the topics.
Is that game are giving altcoins in head to head match? If you win the game you have a chance to get the big price. I did not try that maybe if i have time i just try to play it.

Hey guys what are some gaming altcoins you know of? I'm thinking of one where you place a bet on a CS match or something then play the game before the smart contracct executes to the person who won the match.
These are the ones I know of: Gamecredits, mobilego, databits, skincoin, hunter coin, augmentors, prospectors if you want more, you can search on Altcoin Announcement

regarding enjin:
They claim to have more than 18 million gamers...
on which site? What is the "network" they are referring to? I have never heard of them before and 18 million gamers is a huge network actually...
Is this hype around their project?
I would love to know for which game they have that network and what their business concept was before the ICO.
Is there any information about that?

Games don't have any altcoins because I think that they have no sense for investment.
