BTC's mempool might as well be cleared every few hours too, if you don't count the 0-fee transactions. Also, I'm not sure why anyone pays fees in BCH if all 0-fee transactions are processed in the very next block. Many of them pay over 500 BCH-satoshi per byte. (I don't think they have their own word for the satoshi, but they probably should)
