Devs will be locked for 6 months. As for bountiers we are discussing options for gradual encrease. As a minumum measure we are vesting bounty STE for 3 months.

I tried to mention that earlier as to why a pure lock up would be bad... I think you made it much more clear than I did lol...

yes, it is either 3 month vesting or gradual vesting with releasing % of STE for selling with equal parts each week. But all bountiers will get STE or ETH in full right after the ICO
