It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

    Read their whitepaper, according to their roadmap they will pay their investors after the crowdsale ends.

So you just give your funds to them without knowing the company first if they are legit or not? I dunno if what kind of idiot investor you are. You should read the whitepaper of any ICO before investing any amount to them. Upon seeing mostly of the ICOs they pay their investors sometimes on the end date of the ICO but there are some who will eventually send the tokens after they received the payment. So you should wait then.

In topicolist website. They are in the top 5 list for some weeks. I have not read this white paper PDF file. But the  reviews I have found on the google search and ICO listing site seems pretty positive one.
If you are able to join in their bounty campaign or invest little fund and wait after the ICO ends. I hope it will be listed soon and bumped faster.
