I think the best would be to simply redesign this on the Ethereum network with either ETH or ETC and design it as a contract instead of BTC.

Many reasons,

For one you don't have to deal with the huge bitcoin transaction fees.

Another reason is that the contract would be open source and everyone can verify it and they won't have to worry about not getting their earnings.

Do you know how can add Ethereum?
I don't know how work ethereum blockchain and how to create smart contract..

Well there is a huge difference between Ethereum and Bitcoin. A big difference. However if you created your website from scratch you shouldn't have issues getting Ethereum ported.

If you bought the script from someone else or took a script and just modded it a little then my guess is it will be very difficult to make it run on Ethereum network. There are way too many differences.

Bitcoin Cash would probably be the easiest to port too, pretty  much the exact same coin just the SIG_OP is a little different to prevent the replay attacks/.

Your bankroll is way too small...i won't absolutely trust you (and nobody should) without some sort of collateral in escrow, but have you considered permitting the users to invest? I think you can also do it on-chain, without accounts (it would be the first example as far as I know)

I have small bankroll now, but game can pay 15-20 winnings at row on MAX bet.

Idea with investors is good, how can realise it? (I can make accept deposits and will pay profits every month)

I think it is better that they cliam they only have low bankroll instead they claim that they have huge bankroll. It is on chain game already, isn't it? As I can see you do not need to have an account here, you only need to send your money yhen you will get your profit directly after confirmation(s).

I meaned on-chain investment for the bankroll. You could set an address to deposit, and another address to withdraw (like if u deposit any sum in that address with the same address u used for deposit, you withdraw your investment)

This is why you should try running this on the ETHEREUM chain as a smart contract. And design the contract to check the available bankroll and reject any bets where winnings couldn't be paid. It would be very simple to do and it would provide clarity and security for everyone that gambles with your service.

Right now the BTC chain has crazy 400 Sats/byte fees, nobody will be gambling because that alone means almost $10 on fees alone both ways. Not smart.

What do you expect from new site? Every new site always start with low bankroll, this is for sure. What they really need to do is maintain the player there so they can improve their bankroll and their site for sure. But with this kind of game, are you sure they have big whale? I never expect big whale playing this kind of game, but we never know what it will be in the future

New design is nice looking.
You need add Bitcoin CASH (BTH), it will be better than Ethereum.

Who use ETH for gambling? No one Grin (I think 5% of all players)

And who use Bitcoin Cash for gambling? Do you think the number of bitcoincash gambler is higher than eth gambler? You should make a research.
Look at the fact that many big sites does not even support this coin, eth is still better than bitcoincash even though the price is under bitcoincash.

Definitely

Ethereum has almost a billion $ market cap
BCC is at 0.5 billion, but you have to consider that a lot more coins in BCC are left unclaimed and the actual supply is much lower and therefore the market cap too

The reason why I suggested him to use Bitcoin Cash instead of Ethereum is for a few reasons. One of them being the ease of transitions.

Ethereum is very different to Bitcoin. And I don't know if he bought this site scripts or if he coded if from scratch. If its the former then he will have issues adding Ethereum as a currency.

Bitcoin Cash is easier because its basically exactly like bitcoin with 1 or 2 small changes like the SigOP for reply protection and a different daemon. And many people already own Bitcoin Cash so it wouldn't cause an annoyance where they have to go to an exchange first and purchase the currency.

How do I know which profits were actually made etc.?
If I was somehow proven fairness for my investment, and if I was the one actually holding it  Cheesy
I could probably withdraw 0.5BTC from Crypto-Games and invest it here.

It's easy, you can check all bets for month manually. I use 2 address wallet only, all bets transparent. (count all made bets, winnings)
Actually profit = all bets - winning

Actually with most new dice sites it would be tough to see if the admin in anyway revealed his seed and cheated somehow to make it look like a loss. However since this website is transparent you don't have to worry about that because you can even manually just by looking verify all the bets.
