Still, fees are not very less for bitcoins maybe sometime transactions are fast but fees are always more to get faster confirmations.

What OP said is correct, if someone wants to try their luck then they can play any dice game to get results faster particularly with smaller amount instead of paying fee everytime to bet small amounts.

Indeed fee is not expensive recently, but still if a player want to make many bets then he/she will need to pay many satoshis only for the fees while if he/she play in off-chain game then he/she do not need to worry about fees no matter how many bets he/she is going to make.
Actually your game is more suitable for bigger bets but unfortunately your max bet is still considered as "low". Maybe you can create better  or more unique on-chain game where there is more chance to win bigger payout.
