You can add higher payout but I think you should increase the max winning per bet as well. If it will be remain the same with current max bet then I dont think it will attract more players. Why, because every bet need fee so it does not make senses to bet 0.0006 for the x9 but players need to spend maybe a half amount of the bet for the tx fee. Just my two cents.

Of course the whole oddevenbets site would not have sense without a bet hash, but you could add some sort of collateral game with a blockchain-based rule (like "guess the first number of the next block hash")
