That one was really nice. The cops behaved really professionally, and arrested the attacker without harming the hostage. The cops in general are good everywhere. Although, a few bad apples try to spoil the reputation of the rest.

Good video to watch.  It has been the reputation of policemen all over the world to be tarnished by some policemen who are not practicing the right behaviour.  Many police men are still good and can be trusted just like the policeman in video.  I have watched also a policeman from Thailand wherein he just talk to the suspect and promise to give him the things he lost that is why he become so deparate and pointed a knife to the police.  Many are still good in serve only few rotten.

Most Russians not only don't like the police but they are afraid of it. Russian cops as in all totalitarian States have many rights and even if they are in breach of their obligations, the government covers them as any totalitarian regime is based on force.

All the police of Russia is only concerned with what is looking for a reason to detain a person and extort money from him. However it concerns not only Russia. The police in all the former USSR countries. Must change more than one generation to change the situation.

It is the same everywhere, perhaps with the exception of developed nations. Only a few nations could boast of a 100% professional police force. I would list nations such as Japan, Singapore and Switzerland. Everywhere else, it is the same situation.

Mainly, that a police worked for the people, but not against him. Too much cases are in Russia, when a police beats people. Am not I clear although, why to do it?

Who wouldn't enjoy police? Every policeman is great, no doubt about it. That is why they give them guns and not to us, because they are all better then us, this is obvious. If they think that some or all of us are a threat, they need to be able to kill us, this is absolutely a foolproof idea. It never goes wrong.

We give them guns to protect us, and not because they are better than us. But there are a few cops, who behave in a corrupt and biased manner. Such people tarnish the reputation of the entire police force. And I have personally met many such policemen.
