TOKEN LIQUIDITY
We consider Buy Back instruments NOT to allow fair reward to our token investors in this investment case, as it is an investment in success, thus we decided for a transparent dividend option. Our SPV company, issuing tokens, will get shares (not less than 30%, especially in BizWorld case) of projects in which, it will invest the ICO proceeds. Dividend flow gained from those will be quarterly used for paying out dividends to SG token holders. To do so, we will quarterly buy most liquid Waves assets (Bitcoin, Etherium, Waves or most probably USD-backed) and distribute them according to SmartGames token holding snapshot as per day of quarter closure.
LEGAL GUARANTEES
To reach our obligations to SG token holders non-virtual, we included them in official signed company documents and plan to work on making this instrument adopted in the legal space of the market. We also plan to officially inquire tax authorities to lower any related risks. We do believe that the ICO market needs to drift into the light from an early pirate-like style, allowing token investors to protect themselves by official legal methods. It is a high level of obligation to bear, but we believe it is the future of the market.
INVESTOR PARTICIPATION IN VOTING
The Waves platform is finalizing development of a secure anonymous voting system of digital asset holders. We will use this system to adopt decisions on investment targets in new projects or other strategic deals. By using this mechanism, we hope also to further increase SG token liquidity in the free exchange market.
INVESTOR RELATIONS
We will work and communicate with SG token holders of both ICO and secondary markets as per best practices of IR in the real equity world. Including but not limited to quarterly management and financial disclosure, public webinar meetings, live communications at larger industry events worldwide, etc. Yes, we do have vast IR experience and take it very seriously.
TOKEN EXCHANGE TRADING
Naturally, we will promote SG token liquidity by placing it not only on the decentralized DEX market (where it will be available from the start), but also by applying for listings on TIDEX and other exchanges, ready to host Waves-based digital assets.
