Check your computer security. Somehow someone got access to your ripple wallet data, and the most likely possibility is that your computer is insecure. What exactly is going on is impossible to know without an in-depth analysis.

You'd be well advised to not do any BTC stuff or online banking until you know that your computer is safe.
