Are there any CPU mineable coins out there?
Could I fork a current coin and pre mine my own stash?
Do I need to know cryptograph to develop a coin?
Do I need to know advanced math theories?

With some  workout you could easily create and mine your coin but such coins (without a team backing/without any new concepts) probably remain to yourself.

You could fork a coin and mine it and get a large amount. Getting that coin to be worth anything is a different story. You can fork a coin and rename it. No skill involved. And for low difficulty coins or new coins just look for the new coin launches on BCT.
