Here's a list of all exchanges that have Litecoin:

Look for the ones that have your currency as market (eg USD or EUR) and go for the ones with high volume. For USD/EUR I suggest your Bitstamp or Kraken.

Binance is a nice trading website you could get litecoin from there is no need to worry about verification before you trade visit their trading website to purchase your litecoin.
