I am 33. I started swimming this summer, and going to the pool for 2 days a week. I used to swim only in summer holidays before.

I am planning to maintain going to pool and learn different techniques

Do you think this is late for learning professional technique and have a fit body?

How do you think this will affect my health and body?

If you don't have any health issue it's never late to start moving and get fit, although becoming a professional may be out of your reach.

You should also run one day in the week.

I have two choices: 2 hours in one day or 1 hours in two days. My coach said it is better having 1 hours in two days, and I have two spare days. If my weekends become busier, I can change it maybe.

Not really a fit body, it's more a cardio thing. However you need a healthy body.

I think that it's never too late to go in for sports if there is a desire and the person derives great pleasure from it. Now many people who already already in old age start going to the gym.
