Do you think this is late for learning professional technique and have a fit body?
How do you think this will affect my health and body?
If you don't have any health issue it's never late to start moving and get fit, although becoming a professional may be out of your reach.
You should also run one day in the week.I have two choices: 2 hours in one day or 1 hours in two days. My coach said it is better having 1 hours in two days, and I have two spare days. If my weekends become busier, I can change it maybe.
