You should look to provide more information about the project, especially when looking for a developer. Information, such as:
-Niche
-Scale of the project
-Payment
-Required languages
would be somewhat helpful when looking for a well-established developer.

Creating a coin without using other coin's source-codes is really hard and it is really hard to do it. It will cost you a lot and you'll need to hire a team to do it in a short time if you want them to do their own coin without using other coin's source-codes..
