This network will be moderated? This is very important, you must not allow chaos!

I like your exciting description of the project, I'll wait for the news! Btw, how will you distribute TIES tokens?
During the Token Generation Event, 70% of tokens will be sold, 10% of the tokens we direct into a special fund that will, along with marketing costs, motivate users to join Ties.Network, 20% of the tokens we distribute to advisers, counterparties, project development partners and the project team. More details in part "2.2.1. Token Generation Event funding terms" of our Business OverviewThis network will be moderated? This is very important, you must not allow chaos!
Ties.Network aims to create the atmosphere of trust and security that is so highly valued in crypto community. It is decentralised, distributed and belongs to the users. It is moderated by the users hired by the platform to ensure fraud prevention and illegal trade. System moderators act as per-diem arbitrators and use the contract terms to settle disputes, when and if necessary.

There are the following moderator roles in TIES: Content moderator (individuals given special authority to enforce the rules on the platform and to regulate, delete, or ban content) Budget defense super-moderator (this moderator investigates collusion between nodes and users, banning nodes and users if necessary) Judges (settling disputes between users)

what if i want to use TOR/VPN with your network? are there any restrictions?
Greetings! Users who want anonymity can benefit from additional connectivity to the nodes where some of the nodes are published as TOR Hidden Service and access to them is only achieved through TOR. For greater anonymity, you can use TOR with the VPN. Thus, the anonymity of the platform is realized by placing it in Hyperboria, and privacy is provided by mandatory encryption of all traffic, regardless of overlay services. Discerning clients can use TOR + VPN for connection with nodes. With regards, Ties.Network community

This looks impressive.
However, there is a network for Blockchain developers and Blockchain enthusiasts.
It is called Bitcointalk.org - the only sad part is its management! They don't believe they should make money for their efforts so they beg for charity which is not enough to do anything smart! We offered money to them to make the forum better and....nothing!
