http://Ties.Network  project - decentralized platform, the database with multifunctional use.

Ties.Network is based on TIES DB – a public, decentralized, and distributed noSQL database that allows to store huge amounts of dynamic data, and search within the content of the files.
http://Ties.Network  is the analogy of LinkedIn for the crypto-community. It is a decentralized platform for traders, investors, developers, consultants and enthusiasts to hire and recruit partners, employees and volunteers, sell their products or services, enter into joint deals based on smart contracts, promote themselves, and finance their projects, among other items. People can work individually or as teams to accomplish their objectives.

We don't use KYC procedure. And we don't have any whitelists or pre-fund.

Can TiesDB work on any blockchain?

While TiesDB currently only works on Ethereum, we are aiming at matching all platforms as they appear.

Have you guys followed SEC regulation by filing the proper paperwork (or are you planning to be non-US?) So far I haven't found a single ICO that has.
Also do you feel that China will fully investigate and approve your case before the ICO begins? As mentioned in the first half of my post most ICOs don't really go anywhere which is why they are working towards regulating them.

Ties.Network platform does not take a commission from money received from goods or services, nor does it take a share of any project. Instead, Ties.Network imposes taxes and commissions on services to repay moderators and maintain its service.

They didnt ban actually. US requires SEC filing where token falls under definition of security, and China takes time to investigate ICO cases. Both facts can be no way construed as ICO prohibition.
We're not required to file with SEC since TIE token is merely utility one (according to famous Howey test). And the contemplated TGE will be non-us. That will be explicitly set forth in the TGE docs.
