Discounts range from 20% for the first 10% of tokens sold stepping down to zero discount for the last 10% of tokens available for the market. 140.000.000 tokens for open market, discount steps down with each 14.000.000 tokens sold. ties.network is a scam, they aren't burning coins as they promised earlier and now they extending the ico without any prior notice, stay away from these scammers, this projects founders are greedy scammers they already hit the soft cap but still they are trying to collect lot of money from peoples,
