I think it's better to use the wallet coin itself, for its nice waves ya waves wallet. You can see its link above.

Token bounty not all use waves, you should see what platform is used bounty it, if using platform waves you must use wallet waves and if using etherium platform then you must use etherium wallet.

Note: if you joined bounty do not use waller exchanger.

Waveswallet.io is the best wallet for waves for me since you can able to get the keys on it like seeds etc. Just remember not to use mainly on exchange wallets because its better to have your own holdings of your waves into your own wallet than storing it on exchanges because its really very risky we wont really know on when they would gonna run together with our coins. Better to be safe than sorry.

Indeed, in WAVES wallet certainly has a wallet of seeds and I have lost several times the purse seed, until now i can't get into my personal wallet without a wallet seeds. I think this is a pretty good security.

Your right waveswallet.io is the best wallet for waves, but sad to say i forgot my wallet seed, but its okay because there's no token balance on my wallet  ., and now i create a new account for my waves wallet, and now i save the wallet seed to secure and safe.

To answer both of your questions, use waves official wallet when you plan to use it for bounty in the first place since the official wallet for waves is the most convenient one to use for those who always do bounty since it has built in exchange but charges 0.003 waves for every transactions there. Besides it, there isn't a hassle receiving tokens there as one can see it in their portfolio in assets tab easily.
