Hello Newbies! My name is Noah and I am here to offer you a legitimate opportunity. I doubt that more than a few of you have the trust to be involved with what I am about to present, but the few of you who do participate will see that it is, in fact, legitimate. So basically what I am trying to start is a raffle. This is the first one I am going to try, and this one I am not going to profit from, like I will in future raffles. This one is purely so a few newbies can win some BTCs. Here is how it will work:

•   100 Tickets
•   .01 BTC per Ticket
•   Maximum of 10 Tickets per person
•   PLEASE only those new to the Bitcoin Community participate

The way in which I will pick the winner will be by using an online random number generator. I will enter each bitcoin address for however many tickets are bought by that address, up to 10, on an excel spreadsheet. For example, if Bitcoin address “a123” purchases 10 tickets, by sending me .1 BTC, I will enter that address 10 times, randomly, on the spreadsheet. If the random number generator picks 53, I will send the Bitcoin address on line 53 of the spreadsheet, .5 BTC, or half of the total “jackpot”, then I will have the RNG generate a number again, say 27, I will send the rest of the “jackpot”, .5 BTC, to the address on line 27. If I receive more than .1 BTC from a single address, I will send the Bitcoins, over .1, back to that address, because the max is 10 tickets. If all 100 tickets are bought, I will post on here that the raffle is over, and all tickets that have tried to have been purchased after that will be sent back the respective Bitcoin address. I will say again, please only participate in this raffle if you are new to the community, and the max number of tickets per person is 10. You can buy 1-10 tickets, and you have the chance to win either .5 BTC, or 1 BTC based on the two drawings. Whoever wins the raffle, I ask that they post here that you won, and provide proof that you did, so others can see that this is legitimate. I wish all of you the best of luck, and I congratulate the winner(s) in advance! Grin

To buy tickets, send between .01 and .1 BTC to the following BTC Address:

Be careful about this, could be scam.

@nkocevar: You have a fresh new account here, if you want to  make some newbies happy do it in a way they don't have to send Bitcoins to you.

I don't recommend this, you can do the same on https://peerbet.org/ which is trusted and provably fair, not like a random, anonymous person.

Hello, Noah Kocevar of Madison County, Indiana. Seeing as you're a minor you may not be aware of US legislation regarding gambling, so let me tell you in the clearest possible terms: stop what you're doing immediately, delete this thread and everything related to it, before the ATF comes kicking in your door and hauling off your butt to federal pound-me-in-the-ass-prison.
