Tried to convert 0.25BTC into Ethereum using Shapeshift.io

Transaction was made, but the first confirmation came after more than one hour. 14 confirmations after two hours.

It was to a wallet in https://www.myetherwallet.com

I did provide a refund address, but I WAS NOT REFUNDED UNTIL NOW.

My bitcoin wallet is fully synched.

Contacted support two times already.

What coin are you waiting for to get refunded? Have you made a refund request through a support ticket?
