Geekman and Myself are in the process of bringing a new LTC mining pool online.  We are utilizing top end server hardware with dedicated connections and have a intense focus on communication and transparency. 

Some features we will be providing:

-US based servers and management (we believe this is a first)
-Scale-able infrastructure featuring multiple hex-core Xeon processors
-Stratum support with user designated diff settings
-Payouts after 20 confirms
-dedicated service team to deal with any problems or issues
-102% PPS for the first month of operations

While we go through the final stages of development and testing, we would like to get any suggestions from miners on what features are important to them.  Anything we can offer that would enhance your mining experience is more than welcome.

I remember this from a CHN P2Pool where I could add +xxxx to the address to indicate difficulty, for mining with cpu or nvidia :p

You don't need getwork for CPU mining. Stratum Proxy, Google it
