Does anyone know how loud or how much heat this D3 is going to give off?

Thanks

I have one s9.  It is (blanking) loud.  Another poster pointed out about 5 really good things to know about bitcoin mining.

I am basing this on the power consumption - 1200ish watts.

The L3+'s are nowhere near as loud and I have a lot of those.  If the D3 has the same 6000 in and 4300 out fan speed that the S9 has, then it really loud.  (The fan speed is done that way to create back pressure so the air can "absorb" as much heat as possible.  Heat transfer depends on ambient temperature and humidity and you can figure it out pretty quickly with google or a friend who understands the basics of HVAC or heat transfer and fluid flow.)

In my case - "It's in the basement and I can still hear it loud"  Not bad but I can hear it.

I really wish I remembered the name of the other poster but he said "vacuum cleaner or hair dryer loud"  Great description.
