Hey I feel if Stake decides to have it’s own coin it’ll be a nice idea, they could study Bitdice model wherein their csno coins gives dividends to the holder and allows them to play with it in Bitdice. In my personal opinion if Stake decides to make a coin of their own it’ll become quiet popular, and if Stake can give dividends for holding it people will definitely buy and hodl it. It’s also pertinent to note that for the coin to be launched Stake needs to have a blue print on how it’ll use the funds, it’s roadmap for the future.
A typical ICO thingy and I think they are aware of that. It would be great if they will get the same idea from what you suggested but I think stake will come up with something unique or with additional features. Well, based on this https://medium.com/@stakecasino/launch-of-the-races-forum-rewards-and-huge-plans-for-next-year-7207aa9ae3ec, their goals is quite big in 2019, maybe stake can consider an ico if they need more funds which is unlikely to happen. Wow, didn't know their plans and even this medium article too. Seems they are going to add sports betting and poker which will be really amazing, some websites have added sportsbook recently but not poker, can't wait to see it, also hope they will have traffic on poker. edisystemAs you know primedice and stake are owned by same team, so I think during this time they were collecting profit and now are ready to launch new games with neccessary budget, so no need of ico.

Such as their own forum, telegram and discord. Only have started using the stake site less then two months but havent had an issue with deposits or withdrawals which I find the most important thing a player would have with a site they are playing on. I always see you posting the promotions which are posted on their forum. Are you one of the owners?

Stake is a big company and we know the origin of it (primedice) and these two companies are big enough to support this through their funds. I don't think that they are going to run an ICO thingy.

Agreed, same time running an ico will widen the community. Now gamblers were much concerned about the growth of stake, if ico is launched investors will also be more concerned about the growth. Bitdice one among the best casino with bitcoin acceptance has gained good reputation, and later they launched their own ico and have their own token. The same doesn't mean it is the only token that can be used on the respective gambling website.

They already have a large community but with an ICO it do really has pros and cons.

When the ICO is done in a perfect way it'll make the community strong. As you stated already they have got a big community, reputation, funds and the same provides them the ease of launching an ICO. In simple terms there were more ico's in the market that progress without any backing product, stake has got the best in the gambling industry. Just on this I preferred of having an ICO from stake.

Having their own token and running an ICO are completely different things.
Most ICOs that have launched are usually start-ups. Its possible for Primedice to perform an ICO to raise funds, many companies do this in the stock market its called an IPO. If Primedice actually did this they would have to basically make their company go public and they would need to release earnings statements and what-not. So if they decided to say sell 80% of their stake in the ICO, the ICO would actually be pretty succesful. And the tokens value would be worth on the net income of the site.
Launching Stakecoin like was previously suggested would be like the Binance Coin that was talked about earlier. Its not a stake in the company but it has certain perks like a deal off trading fees. Hence for Stakecoin it would have perks like lower house edge or other promos.

There is no reason to create a new shitcoin to gives dividends, because they can simply use bitcoin. Look at investment model on bustadice or crypto-games.net

Exactly. It is especially right with powerful support from Segwit. I joined campaign, and used Segwit address go receive payments, that done very fast. And, I have never experienced delayed payments with Segwit address. It's done in minutes.

Correct me if i'm wrong but i didn't see any ICO's words on that article and according to the article their target on 2019 indeed quite big but probably they will more concern to the site itself such as redesign site, adding more new games and i saw they also plan to add PvP gambling or sport betting and i would be so excited to heard for further more if stake.com realize their target

Afaik there are several brand managers on stake and Symphonized is one of them. You'll see them frequently share stake's weekly promotion on different local boards depending on where they're assigned to. Correct me if i'm wrong but i didn't see any ICO's words on that article and according to the article their target on 2019 indeed quite big but probably they will more concern to the site itself such as redesign site

There is no reason to create a new shitcoin to gives dividends, because they can simply use bitcoin. Look at investment model on bustadice or crypto-games.net It always comes back down to the idea of getting dividends from stake for some reason. I understand people want to own a piece of the pie and investing into something like stake would be a great deal since you would be making profits you wouldn't see anywhere else but honestly why would they do such a thing. I mean these guys have been around for years now and they have more money than you can imagine so I doubt they need new money at all, they could start a sportsbook and a live casino tomorrow and still have enough money to cover for all of it so they do not need your investment at all. The only reason why they would even consider something like their own coin would be to make the betting faster, right now when you bet like 1 satoshi its slow so when you do create stake coin you could do that with real fast pace. That is the only viable reason and I don't think it really worth it.

Think of it, they don't have an ICO now but they already have a strong community. Our thoughts are divided with this but helding an ICO is only depending on the needs of a product/project. They have to do it if they short of budget but on their case, stake has never been dry out of funds so I don't think it's very necessary to have it. I don't think its necessary for them to have an ICO if they can have it already and it should be used only to their platform and doesn't have to go through with exchanges to maximize its use.

For me, it would make good sense if Stake made there own blockchain and crypto, this cut easy to turn out to be one solid top 50 cryptos, most cryptos really don't have any project, most of them just want to be the next payment system. But with Stake, you have a well-known project, that has been here for years and ain't going anywhere. But on the other hand, it cut turn out to be a bad idea, if some countries one day will see stake tokens as securities.

About "Stake coin": Releasing a coin doesn't mean it is an ICO (initial coin offering), it could be just a coin to give a bonus to those players who play the most. It doesn't mean it could be minable, nor decentralized, maybe just "coupons".
------ About "exchange, inside Stake": The current problem with exchanging cryptos inside the casino (here and in any website) is the balance. If people wants to trade all cryptos for Bitcoin and cashout, you can't provide the demand.

This is what I'm saying that ICO is unnecessary if they can just build it already without that. About "exchange, inside Stake": The current problem with exchanging cryptos inside the casino (here and in any website) is the balance. Someone from stake team has to monitor the flow of the withdrawals so that they can control it.

Is they can't give a bonus in cryptocurrencies that players already using on Stake.com?
