I installed the Ulacoin Wallet and have some questions.

• To install the wallet on Windows you need to be an Administrator. If you are a non-Administrator and you enter the Administror's password, the default installation folder will be C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming\UlaWallet. Is that intended? I'd expect the executable to be installed in Program Files and its data in the user's roaming folder. There's also FOLDERID_UserProgramFiles = %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs but in practice it's seldom used.
• When I open the Receive Addresses panel, the first address says "<Please dont sent to this address>". Why is that?

And the second things: It's because this address can only send away. You have to create a new address to receive.
