Let me guess. They can't handle multichain so they go create a new blockchain with maximum of 90M coins.
about 13000 coins premine.
Then they will swap ULC to ULA.
Let's say: they can't easily swap 1 ULC for 1 ULA because of the price.

+ ULC. You sell $1/coin. And its real value must stay at $2.5 each because your max supply is only 7M.
+ ULA: now max supply is 90M coins. Which mean 1 coin will worth $0.19 (true price). Holy shit. Look at the price. Now is ICO price should stay at $0.076/coin. (why? because from $1 -> $2,5 is 150%.)
So I suggest swap ratio is: 1:13 - ULC:ULA. . 1 ULC = 13 ULA.
Next time, do a little test before release. Else, your next ULA will be a failure just like ULC. Don't ever think about release ULT next if you fail this time.

No, we just upgrade the ULC But now in https://www.ulatech.com/download/ section, placed new wallet, with another chain. And this chain already running, 500+ block mined. And on Novaexchange added for voting new coin  Pls explain. No, it's not. WE'RE NOT SWAP ULC. It's our capitalization. The info about this one will be announced soon. Are we still mining with the old tradition way/ I mean where we need to install the app and then have 2 demons running and end of the day having no clue what this is all about? I did mine it for something but then looking at the interface and not having clear instructions on what I was expected to do, I gave up. This project looks promising only if Dev can come up with simple mining methods.
