To many bad feedback are now given to poloniex and I'm wondering on why they act like this since they used to became a top exchange who got good + rating interms on tradings before, And now I never do any trades there same as you since for reading some bad feedback outthere its freaking me out and made me think that poloniex would have possibilities to came next to mt.gox and btc-e.

I think they get a lot of users from btc-e space, so maybe this is the point why the site is get slow now.

How did you manage to withdraw your cryptocurrencies from Poloniex? I've read too much complaints on the past on various forums and on Reddit on how their Poloniex accounts are locked up and couldn't withdraw their funds. People are saying that they don't even reply to customer support, some even reaching up to more than 3 months of no reply. Please tell us how you did it, as some people surely would want to know how. Also, good idea by withdrawing. I sense a scam quit by them soon.

There is nothing secretive to withdraw the coins from Poloniex, just withdraw as usual and if that takes a long time then the waiting game starts,it might get a couple of days up to a week to get that sorted ,if you start a support thread expect a reply from them only after solving the issue  Grin, they really could not handle the heavy traffic and they are not capable to sort that out and i stopped using them a long time back because of these delays.

i withdrew  like this

SIA- 5hr

DGB- 1/2 hr or less

SYS - 18 hrs

NXT - more than 1 day

ETH - 1hr

LSK - 3 hr or more

LBC / LTC - i didn't remember that

it got more than 1 week to withdraw it. dont put all same time or same day. withdraw one by one it will get more time . but i thought it is the safer way.

but some of my friends did like this they sold there alt in loss and withdrew as BTC. i dont think that is a good idea why we sell our alt in lot.try this way

thank you

Another user do decide to leave out on poloniex again and its not surprising anymore and im sure you are not the only one who are experiencing this problem but there are lots including me. Horrible loading times and deposits/withdrawal request sucks bigtime which we can really make such decision for the best time to jump on another exchange its really a normal thing for traders to seek out new exchange that would really suit their needs.

Keep us updated with your experience at cryptopia in contrast to polo.

let me update you after about a year of using cryptopia:
it has been a good experience. they are serious about their business and are not fooling around. what i also like about the owners is that they have a plan and stick to it. for example after ethereum forked they said we won't have it in our exchange and stuck to it despite the price rise and the big volume.

the platform is good, although i sometimes feel it loads a bit slow.
the charts aren't that good but most exchanges have bad charts anyways.
the API is good enough for me.
there are multiple markets apart from bitcoin as their base currency and that is awesome.
the volume is a bit low but the prices are always on par and the spread is not that big to cause any problems.
i had never had any issues with deposits and withdrawals either.

There is a FOMO brewing...

I think poloniex is one of the best trading site. I cannot  really understand why there are many information  against their activities. I have been using poloniex.com and never have any problems with them. Is there any benefits other exchangers trading platform are enjoying that we are not enjoined at poloniex?
