Need to verify my paypal account.

I have a paypal account since 2011 that I never used, so never received or send money with this account; and since no bank in my country offers VCC or bank account accepted by paypal; So here I come in this forum in the hope of finding a way or a service offer that could help me make my account useful and will pay you in BTC.

If you reside in a country that is not supported by Paypal you should not use it, you may have your account frozen when you have funds in it, it just doesn't worth it.

From paypal my account is part of the countries where they offer service so there is no problem with this.
