It's just not happening. PayPal is highly reversible and an extremely high risk payment method.

And you have the nerve to require "only trusted"... have you forgotten yourself and your trustworthiness?

I suggest you withdraw the $3000 to your bank account (that's if those $3000 are really yours) and then use the cash to buy bitcoins via a safer payment method.

Why you don't try to buy bitcoins via Paypal use https://paybis.com/ you can save your time to buy bitcoins use Paypal than you search users who will trade with you, the users will be fear trade with newbies especially using revisible payment like Paypal, skill, neteller
even you send first the money, it will be useless due to the fiat payment can be canceled, hopefully you understand about this problem.

By building a history of trust here. You can do that by trading and paying with non-reversible payment methods.

There are so many scammers here who cheat for far less than the amount you are offering. Some even cheat for a few cents. It's that bad.

$3000 and first post. It's almost impossible. PayPal payments can be cancelled and reversed up to 180 days from the day you paid.

Another important thing you need to know is that safe trading involves the use of escrow.

The problem is my country here where I can not use any of payment method to send money abroad . but still I can send Friend and Family payment and not you can send me when when you want but we can decide the price first .

I've probably bought close to $1k in paypal off people on this forum, i have no problem accepting from them because they are trustworthy and this is demonstrated from their past trades and positive trust.

However, you as a newbie is wanting to exchange funds in a reversible payment processor for funds in an irreversible one. This is extremely shady behaviour, especially when you're asking for close to 1 bitcoin. You being able to send the money first seems to only make matters worse to me, it seems like that you don't care about losing a few hundred because you can chargeback or worse yet, you're operating on a hacked account in the first place.

Withdraw the btc to your bank. Go onto localbitcoins, search for your country, and select bank transfer. Easy. You'll get more btc for your dollar that way.

BTW, friends and family is still reversible if account was hacked.
