The question was because I already won 1 time and i fear that I won't win anymore if you choose the winner without some sort of probably fair extraction (I.e. a live extraction or using the hash of a predetermined block or something similar).

Also, will one user count as one ticket for the extraction or will every bet considered as a ticket? In the second case, more bets will mean more chances to win, but again you need some sort of probably fair extraction.

I think that on github you can find a lot of programs to do provably fair lotto extraction, that would be just the same, the first posted tx will be the number 1 and so on..

You could also integrate it in your site to make it a game or a jackpot
