This would be the hard part if you do buy bitcoin at the current price because its really really expensive as of now we are on 3400 range price point on which its really high and we wont know if this would be a peak or not.If we do aim for long term then buying now wont really be a hindrance at all. If you are a short trader i would rather wait for price decrease later on seems like we are on a bubble as of now.

I think you just sold part of my bitcoins. I wouldn't do it but I need the money. In order to buy at this price I'm not ready yet. I guess I need time to get used to that price. But closer to September the price will be higher that's for sure.

Why not? I still expect Bitcoin to reach the $5,000 per coin mark before the end of this year. SegWit2x is not a permanent solution to the scaling issue, but it is not going to create problems for at least another 12 months. So until then, the prices will push upwards.

We are seeing a upward stretch for bitcoin price, but is it going to continue? well it is possible to really see the $5000 mark value but it is to early to speculated on that price yet, but if the price would surely continue to rise and fall to a $3800 mark value then I am thinking it can surely reach the $5000 mark, and segwit activation is just getting started we can surely see in the upcoming years!

It's still a good time to buy Bitcoin instead of sitting and watching it hit $5000 then start regretting not buying at $3400. It's always tricky to decide when it's a good time to buy but if you are in for the long term, you'll have nothing to for sure.

I strongly believe this is not just some bubble we are in right now. Remember we got from around $2800. When it reached $3000, I was already thinking this will be going on for a while. And then it reached $3100 and so on. We are at $3500 right now. Buy now, If I were you. We might be hitting $4000.

Bitcoin price is fluctuate for some months till December. Don't worry about recent bump. This will not fallback but fluctuatations will be there.
Christmas bump take more than 4000$ before this year ends. You can buy now also this value double to fiat cost.

The price is way too high for me to buy right now. I think the price will drop some because there are always fluctuations with Bitcoin. It's getting to the point that Bitcoins are too expensive so most of us can no longer buy whole Bitcoins. The best thing about s to wait for a price drop and then buy whatever fraction of a Bitcoin you can afford to buy.

Well if I also have the funds then I will get bitcoin. But looking at the price, too expensive for me to get it. Maybe if there is a dip in price, but I doubt it will go to a level where casual investors like me can simply buy. I would rather earn it right now and don't bother to buy. I will also hold for long time. Maybe what we are speculating about the price ($10,000 or more) can truly happened.

When thinking that BTC is expensive, I always try to think what the price will be in 5 - 10 & 15 years time... then I realise its dirt cheap today and there will probably never be as good a time to buy again.

If someone is going to hold some bitcoin for more than couple of months, current rate doesn't look so high. Though I would agree that is more pleasure to buy a dip.
