On 26.10.2017 Estonia has adopted a new law “Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act”, which came into force from 08.12.2017 (the link to the act https://www.riigiteataja.ee/en/eli/ee/517112017003/consolide/current ) . And due to the legislative changes, our company has got a chance to receive a licence  for implementation of cryptocurrency transferring activities.

Currently ZONTO company has already applied for a licence.

All this is being done in order to protect our users.Also, this licence will make our work more transparent, but as a consequence will influence ZONTO token and ZONTO coin as well.

We are willing to inform you that the ZONTO project is developing in accordance with the road map. And, as you know, during the ICO in 2017 we have issued a token on the Ethereum basis, of ERC-223 standard, which implied payments in the cryptocurrency to its holders. At that time, the issuance of such tokens did not contradict the requirements of the Estonian legislation.

Unfortunately, at the moment our company have encountered some technical and legitimate problems due to that decisions. All these factors complicate not only the token price growth, but also its listing on big exchanges.

In this regard, we appeal to all holders of tokens with a proposal to replace existing tokens with new, utility type one. Unlike the current token, this type of tokens will have a direct impact on the platform. Utility tokens provide holders with some advantages when using company products and will simplify the use of ZONTO services.

To ensure price growth and facilitate listing process, we have decided to replace the standard of the token with ERC-20.
The exchange procedure will proceed according to the instructions and with the link to the smart contract. Each holder must agree to replace own security (ERC-223) tokens, and then transmit them for exchange. Replacement of tokens will take place at the rate of 1 (ZONTO) token to 1000 utility (ZNT) tokens. After exchanging old ZONTO tokens, they will be burnt.

The holders of the tokens (ERC-223) who decide not to change the tokens to the new ones (ERC-20) reserve the right to receive payments after the tax return of the company on the basis of the reporting period (year). According to the Estonian legislation, ZONTO OU will publish information on revenues after the submission of the annual report for 2017. Its disclosure is planned before 01.07.2018.

Inside last ZONTO update we have simplified the logic of user registration inside the system - now it is implemented through an active link sent to user’s mail.

Also we have added the possibility to delete photos from the user's gallery.
List of comments display was fixed.

Our team has implemented a new mechanism of cropping photos in groups and user profiles.

Overall, we have improved compatibility with Android platforms of 7th and 8th versions.
