Seeing as a user here named VOD, decided to give me negative trust.

His comment and reason for giving me negative trust is:

Yes, the domain is on the market at the moment should my loan be approved the domain will be taken off the market immediately.
The loan amount of 0.29btc = around $2400... the domain previously sold for $6750 in 2009 and is on the market for $8942. Considerably more than the requested loan amount. The Collateral is well in excess of 200% of the loan amount, I also have other domains that I added to the collateral as well now.

I would also like to mention that I am a domain trader and I have a portfolio of about 200 domains, being a domain trader means that my "assets" would generally be listed on the domain marketplace. As you can see in my initial message I was upfront about the domain being listed for sale. Essentially, I do not want to lose a domain that's worth $12000 for 0.29btc so you can rest assured that I will pay back the loan within the stipulated timeframe.
