NEM (XEM) stuck on Poloniex and no reply from customer support

Hey Guys,

I withdrew NEM from my Poloniex account into my NEM wallet but it never arrived. It shows as "Complete: Error" in the Poloniex withdrawal history. So the NEM is neither in my Poloniex account or in my NEM wallet and appears to have been sent but with error. I checked and the wallet address I specified is absolutely correct.

To make matters worse, about 5 days ago I opened a ticket on Poloniex to ask assistance with this issue but they never responded.

Anything I can do? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Same issue ("Complete: Error"), made 3 NEM withdrawals, only the first one went through.

Poloniex customer support is not responsive at all. Got 0.5eth stuck god knows where. Deposited to polo, got almost 9000 confirmation but no balance.

no answer from customer support yet.

Mine are stuck since Aug 3rd as well. No response from Poloniex whatsoever
