I don't think it is wise to buy used mining gear from India, for reasons like that it might be outdated or damaged. Your best move is to buy directly from companies like Bitmain, Innosilicon etc..

last time i found few asic on ebay and olx.

but very few people in india are mining with ASIC, so there are less people selling online on ebay or olx.
search in whole country ., as there are not much ads , well thats whith the ASIC.

there are lots of gpu are for sale.
