Alpha version of the platform will be released in closed group for testing based on the voting results so far. This project needs time to be developed and it is appreciable that important things are being taken based on decentralized voting system with consensus. This will make it successful exchange managed by people for people.

I don't hold any token at the moment but will be buying in future surely. I was looking at website where majority of holders gave priority to alpha testing whereas completion of platform got second position. When the distribution of tokens to investors is going to happen to see when can I buy cheaper ?

you can buy it on etherdelta. but the volume there is not much because only the bounty hunters has paid as of now.

everything good takes time, what trouble is there if mandarin is still not going to charge commission? Very soon the alpha will arrive, and maybe in 1 month we have the exchange running to the public. The value of the token will multiply rapidly.
