SatoshiDirect.com
Instantly exchange between cryptocurrencies. Exchanges are performed as soon as the transaction is confirmed.

Generated addresses can be used forever. Each generated address is tied to a currency pair and destination address.
This means you can reuse your generated address to perform the same exchange  to the same destination address at any time.

You can exchange between these cryptocurrencies/altcoins instantly:

AMP, ANT, BAT, BCC, BNT, BTC, CVC, DAR, DASH, DCR, DGD, DOGE,
EDG, EOS, ETC, ETH, EXP, GAME, GBYTE, GNO, GNT, GUP, LBC, LSK,

REP, RLC, SNGLS, SNT, STR, STRAT, SWT, SYS, TIME, TRST, USDT,
WAVES, WINGS, XAUR, XEM, ZEC

To get more information on the status of your transaction, search your transaction here:

https://www.satoshidirect.com/status.php

You must search for the generated address (the address SatoshiDirect provided you with).

Start your exchange in just 3 clicks at

It is important to note that you must respect the then-current minimum transaction amount for each exchange direction.

This amount is displayed once you choose the exchange direction you want to generate an address for.

The system will ignore any transaction lower than that value and not exchange it, so you will lose those coins.

Where do you base your rates? It would be better if the exchange rates are listed there. I woudn't exchange coins if I don't know how much I will get, regardless if it's an easy transaction or not. Also are you planning to add more coins? You have limited on the list. Also, you don't have support page on the site, what if the user encountered a problem? Just incase

Thanks a lot for your feedback!

We base our rates on the best possible price we can offer at the time of confirmation on the major exchanges, which include Poloniex and Bittrex. We are working on a way to display the price beforehand.

We are always adding more coins. And regarding support, you are right, tomorrow we will release a new version which will make a support section available. However, should anyone experience any issues in the meantime, we can be reached through PM.

May you point out some reasons why people should use your site to exchange altcoins? Instead of just using Poloniex or Bittrex services. And how much minimum transaction amount to exchange e.g. bitcoin to eth? Since people will lose their coins if the transaction is lower than the value, what kind of value?
Oh, I get it 0.00131509  BTC per transaction, to exchange btc to eth. As long as people know about it, then it's fair.
Last question, this address that will be generated > is it your address or what?
I don't want to risk my bitcoin to send it to the generated address (no offense), but all those coins which people want to exchange, come from your pocket/wallet?

That is the minimum amount right now. It changes constantly so it's important to check it before the exchange.

It depends on the value of each of the currencies involved in the exchange and their transaction fees.

However once you've generated your address, that's the only thing you have to take care of. The address is the same.

There are several reasons why you should use our service instead of a normal exchange:

  • Instant exchange.
  • No limits.
  • No waiting for the deposit to be confirmed at the exchange to perform the trade.
  • Permanent addresses for each exchange direction and destination.

Last question, this address that will be generated > is it your address or what?
I don't want to risk my bitcoin to send it to the generated address (no offense), but all those coins which people want to exchange, come from your pocket/wallet?
Not sure if I've understood your question properly. The generated address is the auto-exchange address, and once funds are confirmed we proceed to send the exchanged funds to the destination address.

For example, let's say you want to exchange from 1 BTC to BCC (from 1 Bitcoin to Bitcoin Cash).

I want to send to 1BCCAddressBCCAddressBCCAddress. It can be my own BCC address, a friend's address or an exchangers' address.

  • I go to SatoshiDirect.com and choose the exchange BTC > BCC, and input my destination BCC address 1BCCAddressBCCAddressBCCAddress.
  • I am provided with the generated address. This address will be valid forever.
  • The exchanged funds are sent instantly after the transaction confirms.

Yes, I mean the generated address which I will send btc to this Address (e.g. btc to eth), the generated address : 18vcXevhkaqbWxkoD****kH4KQxAY5HPLz is belong to SatoshiDirect?
And whenever I send bitcoin to this Address, instantly convert btc to ETH? Send to my eth address, of course.

My last question refers to, those ETH which will be sending to my eth address, come from your wallet (SatoshiDirect), right?
And, what's the guarantee that I will receive ethereum for my bitcoin? No offense.
I mean, everyone have to proof their service as a good one and trusted obviously.

Yes, the generated addresses are generated by us. As soon as a received transaction is confirmed, we proceed to get the best possible exchange rate for the coin you need and send it to you instantly.

My last question refers to, those ETH which will be sending to my eth address, come from your wallet (SatoshiDirect), right?
The funds will come from a different address since the generated address is always in a different cryptocurrency than the destination address.

And, what's the guarantee that I will receive ethereum for my bitcoin? No offense.
I mean, everyone have to proof their service as a good one and trusted obviously.
The guarantee is that we hold no users' funds at any time. There is no need for you to trust us. Exchanges are performed instantly on confirmation.

I am really thankful for your questions. It makes me consider aspects we should improve on our website so that everything I explained here is clearer for our users. Please let me know if I have solved your doubts regarding our service.

Looks like a good alternative for shapeshift and changelly but the only thing that is still lagging is rate before the exchange like other similar platform have. You can put some % in price spread and display rate quite lower than the market rate, in this way you can save something as profit and can also give estimated rate before the exchange.
