having trouble sending 0.1 btc with blockchain

I am including a .02 fee to just to test if it was the miners fee that wasnt allowing it to go through faster.  Is the amount to small or how long should i have to wait and whats the best way to make this transaction go through faster the account demands that i use either blockchain or a secrue wallet and not mtgox or btce.

What are my options and why isnt this transaction not transfering is the amount to small or what could be the reason.  Please reply .

I recived an email saying payment sent yet its labeled as unconfirmed transaction when i click on the payment  info from blockchain.

Not enough information to answer your question.

Can you provide a transactionID, or the address that the payment was sent to and an approximate time that the transaction was sent?

How long have you been waiting for a confirmation?
